What is On-ramp:


On-ramp is our start up program that teaches beginners the foundational movements of CrossFit.  This is also where the coach begins to assess new athletes to determine strengths, weaknesses, mobility issues, and develop scaling options while in a non-rushed relaxed environment.  On-ramp is essential to the development of a new CrossFitter.  All movements will be broken down and taught in accordance with the CrossFit Level I coaches curriculum. Athletes will leave On-ramp with a basic understanding of CrossFit Programming,movement standards, training methodology, and nutrition requirements.
